You have ordered products from us which are only available to already registered customers. However, you have ordered as a new customer. We regret that we therefore cannot carry out your order. To order domains, you need at least one active hosting product which you either already have booked or which you order at the same time. If you wish, you can submit a new order containing at least one of our hosting products. Thank you for your understanding.
Your details will now be checked by one of our members of staff. If your details are not listed in a telephone directory or if there are other irregularities, we will need to validate your address by phoning you or writing to you.
Once we have validated all of your details, you will receive your login credentials without any further questions. This constitutes our formal acceptance of your order.
