Spike Telecom LLC. 停止零售业务的公告
尊敬的Spike Telecom LLC用户：
首先，我们感谢您长期以来对Spike Telecom LLC的支持与信任。出于多方面考量，我们想通知您，公司将停止所有面向零售用户的服务，主要包括VPS和VDS业务。
配合此次调整，对于目前所有存量VPS用户，我们将在4个工作日内，按照剩余天数应还您实付金额，且不收取任何手续费。为了资金安全，我们不接受其他退款方式，退款将原路退回。此外，我们计列最晚于2025年1月26日全面关闭所有面向零售用户的服务，并请您自行保存相关数据。
出于安全考虑，公司官方Telegram群组将为计列关闭发言功能。请您警惕各类骗寻行为，Spike Telecom官方只会通过以下通道与您联系：

Spike Telecom LLC. Retail Service Termination Notice
Dear Spike Telecom LLC Customers,
First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your support and trust in Spike Telecom LLC. After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that our company has decided to discontinue all retail customer services, including VPS and VDS offerings.
To ensure a smooth transition, we will issue refunds to all current VPS customers based on the remaining service days. Refunds will be processed within 4 working days and will be returned via the original payment method without any handling fees. For security reasons, we will not accept alternative refund methods. Additionally, all retail customer services will be officially terminated no later than January 26, 2025. Please ensure you back up your data before this date.
For security purposes, the company’s official Telegram group will disable messaging. Please be vigilant against potential scams. Spike Telecom will only contact you through the following official channels:
