As part of our commitment to providing the reliable, world-class service you expect from ColoCrossing, we are conducting an essential infrastructure migration to our new Los Angeles datacenter. This migration will strengthen the underlying infrastructure and network capabilities, delivering immediate enhancements in network throughput, power reliability, and scalability. This work is a vital step in ensuring we continue to meet the growing demands of your business and maintain the high standards you rely on.

The maintenance period is scheduled for Monday, December 16, from 7:00 AM PT to 7:00 AM PT December 17. During this time, ColoCrossing staff will be onsite and directly involved in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring that the migration is executed efficiently and successfully. While the overall window spans several hours, every effort will be made to minimize the downtime for individual devices. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we complete these critical upgrades.

Prior to the start of the maintenance, we recommend that you initiate your standard backup processes to ensure data integrity and to safeguard your systems. Additionally, we recommend that you power down your systems prior to 7:00 AM PT. For devices still powered on at the beginning of the maintenance window ColoCrossing will attempt to soft power down the devices prior to the start of the maintenance.
