psychz线路怎么这么差 洛杉矶同一个地区vps ping 延迟99ms 之前好像没这么辣鸡

root@localhost:~# ping 108.xxxx

64 bytes from 108.xxxx:  icmp_seq=2 ttl=53 time=99.5 ms
64 bytes from 108.xxxx: icmp_seq=3 ttl=53 time=94.1 ms

洛杉矶vps ping其他家洛杉矶杜甫一般0.712 ms延迟 psychz线路慢了100倍...

都是洛杉矶地区 延迟这么高
