Thank you for your patience, I can completely understand that coming to a decision of cancellation of service would be essential for you.
We regret to inform you that, we can only issue refunds in the case that we were unable to deliver a server in a timely manner, or if it is defective.
Since the product has been delivered and is fully functional, we cannot cancel and issue a refund, as this situation does not meet our criteria for refunds.
The refund is not applicable for the requested order, 17878516.
Please allow me to share that, you could make use of "time transfer process".
Time transfer process involves moving the remaining number of days from old server to new server based on prorata. It would required you to purchase a new dedicated server of your choice. |
