AWK机房

洛杉矶新建机房(800 SP)路由交换机故障，正在处理当中。最近上架的AWK机房的服务器都有受到影响，原AWK洛杉矶机房的服务器未受到影响。

Hello - we're currently experiencing an unexpected hardware failure, the route processor in the distribution switch you connect to at 800 south hope is having intermittent failures. Technicians are working now to bring up a working config on a new supervisor right now. Sorry for the unexpected outage. We anticipate systems being back online within the hour. This problem is isolated to a handful of customers, unfortunately you're one of them.

很奇怪，问他家要补偿，竟然说只挂了1个小时，我这里有2台挂了超过1天。
无语了。没法提供补偿了。
