You seem to have created a dispute on PayPal for your transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any transaction that has a dispute until it is resolved on that end. This can take time as PayPal needs to review and you may not even receive the refund.
I suggest to please close the dispute and let us know here so we can provide an official refund immediately.
