If this is a permanent thing, then there may be grounds for SoftLayer to break the contract that they have with their ISPs. However, this will more than likely require a large number of customers complaining about this specific issue. You're the first so far.

Any changes to SoftLayer's ISP's and/or their contracts is going to negatively affect a very large amount of customers, perhaps causing extended periods of downtime, and will not be worth the risk to the company.

目前电信全天ping在300以上，主要原因是现在电信与SL之间通过telia这个中间商isp连接，以前是NTT等，都比较快，请大家集体发ticket给100tb，他们收集后向SL申请更换

这个不是一天两天的问题了。估计很多人都懒的理了。

100TB 抽了，还有其他的机房。可以试试其他机房。
