We had an event with our database/web server in which a data loss was suffered. We're working to restore data as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of our progress.
In the mean time please be aware of the following:
A) We are aware that your data in the system might be invalid and out of date.
B) We are aware that the invoices are incorrect; please do NOT pay the invoices, until we say it’s ok.
C) We are aware that your services maybe incorrect and we are working on that too.
D) Please do not order any new service until further notice.
In the mean time, please only use helpdesk for troubleshooting current service you have with us, even if they are not in the WHMCS.
