我在一个老外那买了台机器，约定是2天交付，这都五天了还在找各种理由延期，后来我申请退款，他说保证几小时内交付，结果又延期了，我急了去paypal争议了。
结果他在工单里反问我一句I received your dispute, still wondering why you would do that as we are working hard to get your dedicated server ready.
从我的认知看，这个机器上架有多困难跟我没关系，我都多忍了好几天了够意思了，就算他家房子塌了也不该影响交付给我吧。
所以这事是我理所当然了，还是老外理所当然了。麻烦老哥们给说说。
是哪个商家暂时不说了，不是为了爆破他，单纯就是论这个事。
