We are pleased to inform you that the current service exception has been partially resolved. In particular, all virtual machines created before 11:30 on April 3 have been fully restored to normal. However, the ability to create a new virtual machine is currently turned off. Please be assured that our teams are working intensively to restore full service as soon as possible.
In order to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, and thank you for your patience and understanding during this period, we are developing a compensation plan to compensate affected users. The compensation package and specific details are currently being prepared in full swing, and we will share an update with you as soon as possible.
If you encounter any issues during this period, or if your virtual machine is still not restored, please contact us by submitting a new ticket. We will provide you with timely support and feedback.
