The following action has been taken: Any payments made via Alipay, PayPal, or credit card within the last 6 months have been refunded. If the refund has caused your service to expire, we will provide a one week grace period for any currently active services. Any unpaid invoices have been cancelled. Any automatic billing will be disabled. Any active services will have cancellation requests placed at end of term, if this is not automatically placed, please be sure to place a cancellation request yourself as your account will be closed, even if there is a renewal. Any active services will continue until their expiry period, unless further notice is provided. Please only create a ticket if you qualify for free support under the agreement. For example, limited support specials will only qualify for reporting a valid technical issue with your service causing it to be inoperable. Otherwise, you may incur a support ticket fee, and as we are no longer accepting further payments from your account, it will result in the account being flagged for more immediate closure. Once service duration has expired for all services, your account will be closed. Please do not make any further payments or service renewals on your account. Do not remove cancellation request. If cancellation request placed for your service is removed, all services will instead be changed to termination with a maximum of one week grace period. If you have any disagreements, please feel free to contact us so we can instead proceed with the normal account closure process, which would be immediate termination of all services and account closure upon receipt of your ticket regarding this matter (we may still provide a grace period at our discretion in this case.) If there are any payment disputes on your account, your services and account may be immediately terminated and closed. If you have any other accounts, they may also be processed per the above, or as an immediate termination after the one week grace period (November 17th, 2023) without any further notifications. |
