Service Interruption Update
Your service in San Jose is currently facing an outage, related to our provider going out of business. We have already contacted the datacenter facility and are getting new space there directly, however, a timeline has not been provided.
Please check the network status page for updates. We do have backups of your service's data and we may elect to instead move you to another location, loading in from the backup to a nearby location.
