以前在国内的一个域名，有什么好方法转出吗？

1.域名还有1个多月过期，他们说要在过期2个月之前收到邮寄资料才行

2.如果我现在续费了，也要再等60天，他们说60天内不能操作（真能扯）

3.我发现他们不是自己注册的org，是在http://www.dynadot.com代注的(我收到过一封确认邮件)

4.whosi信息邮箱是我的。


大家说能不能通过投诉ICANN途径拿到转移码。。他们会不会把我的whosi邮箱改了我怎么投诉也没用

续费后，60天内可以转移的，不过转移要交一年的注册费，交完了，到期年限不会增加的

Dear ICANN:
I got a problem while I was trying to transfer my domain name domain.com（改成你的域名） who asked me to pay an unreasonable handlingfee .
As far as I know transfer of domain name is not required to pay any fees however the company kept asking me to pay that fee or mydomain name will be trapped in their company which seemed a cheating company.
I therefore seek your help for the issue. Thanks.
(I could even provide the chatting record for your investigation bye mail.)

这个域名是他们通过dynadot注册的，这样投诉会不会不清楚- -
