上了 upcloud 的车，现在搞活动存10刀，送25刀，5刀/月 起步，7个数据中心，芝加哥，法兰克福，阿姆斯特丹，新加坡，芬兰，伦敦
先来个 芝加哥测试 （新加坡的不是直连 联通电信都绕道，就不给测试结果了）

总结：
1、号称高IOPS 和 linode vt do 有一拼，不过测试下来 ，I/O一般，可能选择的是低价的，
可以按小时计费，随时可以删除，暂时IP 被墙的概率比较小
，问了客服支持上网代理
2、现在搞活动，存10刀，送25刀，没有时间限制，不过需要走 AFF，否则应该是不送25刀的，我谷歌了一个邀请码
3、
需要信用卡 认证 我用的 VISA 短信显示扣了0欧（官网说扣1刀，马上返还），人工审核 24小时通过，可以 PP 存款，我用PP存了10刀，信用卡有删除选项，我还没删，
4、不存10刀也可以得25刀，不过只有72小时试用期，还有诸多限制比如带宽只有100M，不支持web 访问
5、公网带宽只有500M，私网是1G
6、目前不支持 TK ，只支持 email 电话反馈，7X24，我发了邮件回复速度还挺快，据说后续会支持
7、支持免费IP6，后台默认直接开了一个，不知道免费几个
8、如删除VPS ，需要先停机然后再删除
9、问了下客服，欢迎国人，也欢迎推广，推广是 送客户25刀，得50刀，不过都是 credits ，不能提现
总体而言 一般般，毕竟美国数据中心只有一个芝加哥，不过可以作为 linode ,vt ,do 的替代，有羊毛还是可以撸一撸的
