第一次买主机，求翻译

今天才买了一个老鹰主机，付款成功后，给我发了一封信，英文不好，看不懂，大家来帮帮忙：
Hello,

Thanks for your recent order! Unfortunately we're unable to process the order as the domain name you used,xxxx.com , already exists in our system. Please remove the domain from the account it's currently being hosted on and update this ticket so we can process your order.

If you've got any questions please let us know. Thanks again!



我原来用的是合租的主机，域名A记录在那个主机上，这封信的意思是让我删掉原来的A记录，然后再ticket,不知道理解的对不对？不知道怎么ticket呀？求帮忙，谢谢了。

意思是你的域名已经在老鹰主机的系统里面了

现在该怎么办？如何操作？

原域名无法绑定到你的账户上 叫你删掉 不然主机开不了 如果原主机能用 且也是老鹰的 先去删除原主机上的绑定记录 删完后再发TK给他们 看看怎么样吧。。。。

不是刪除A記錄，應該是登入帳號裏面刪除綁定的域名。

原来用的不是老鹰的，我现在是不是需要把原来cpanel绑定的域名和godaddy的A记录都删掉。然后再TK？
