Hello Li,
It appears that the shared IP for the server you are on may be blocked by the Firewall of China. Here are options that we can suggest to resolve this issue:
1.) Server move + Dedicated IP - We can offer you a move to one of our LPCP servers and enable a dedicated IP on your account (standard dedicated IP fees of $4.95/month apply). Having a dedicated IP means that your website will have its own IP address and won't be blocked if the shared IP of the server is blocked. A move to an LPCP server is required in order to ensure that mail services continue as the LPCP servers have a dedicated mail server whereas the cPanel servers do not. If you require cPanel hosting, please refer to the Dedicated Server solution below.
Please note that the move offered does have limitations as we cannot directly move accounts between the two control panels. Your databases and files will be transferred as a part of this move, however, all email addresses, parked domains, addon domains, subdomains, ftp account, and mysql/postgres users would need to be recreated on the new LPCP account. Any current emails would need to be downloaded to your computer or they would be lost and any custom DNS entries would need to be re-setup after you have re-added those domains to the LPCP interface.
2.) Upgrade to a VPS account - VPS accounts have fewer accounts on each server so the likelihood of the server becoming blocked is less. You can learn more about the VPS accounts, including cost, by going to http://www.lunarpages.com/virtual-private-server/
3.) Upgrade to a Dedicated Server - On this plan, you are the ONLY account on the server, so if you are being blocked, then it is because the nature of content that you are hosting. You can lean more about Dedicated accounts, including cost, by going to http://www.lpdedicated.com/
If you wish to proceed, please indicate which option you would like to pursue. In addition, please provide the following:
cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account:
Last 4 digits of the credit card on file:
If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide:
