我刚才看了linode的support：

What do I do if my IP address is blocked by the 高墙?

Great Firewall (高墙) - With the recent developments in the 高墙, our team has determined the swapping of IP addresses is ineffective in resolving the connectivity issues our customers face. The 高墙 will continue to block new IP addresses shortly after a Linode’s IP has been replaced. At this time, we are no longer swapping IP addresses for Linodes impacted by the 高墙.

现在还有哪家是可以免费更换IP的？

下面是virmach的live chat
All IP changes are done through tickets.
Go to your service page and hit the "Request IP change" button on that page - it will auto fill a specific ticket template for you.
There is a $5 fee for changing IPs. For proxies or 扶墙s it’s one free IP change per month.
说得不是很清楚，我后来问他是不是每次换IP都要收钱，他回答是：everytime

changeip.com直接就没有live chat，只能open ticket。由此也看出support的力度，virmach要比changeip强。但是这也不能说明什么问题，我刚才注册aws的时候，由于电话确认失败，所以我只能在aws上发ticket，过了两个多小时也没回。但这不代表aws就比virmach差。

linode vultr do之类的被墙了自己弄个镜像，删除重建就好了。

弄个镜像之后呢？如何在恢复的instance获得新的IP？
不过这3大vps也被操烂了吧，能换的ip也很大概率上被墙了。

重建了ip就自动换了，多建几个，总会搞到没被墙的。
