The order had to be cancelled for one of the following reasons:
- Your personal information is inaccurate or needs to be updated, which goes against Article 2.1 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to;
- You need to update the payment methods saved to your customer account;
- We are currently verifying your account as set out in Article 2.2 of our General Terms and Conditions of Service, which you agreed to.
Please review and correct the above elements before placing a new order. If we don't hear from you, we may suspend some or all of your services.
