增加IP申请后客服给我的回复，什么意思？

大概能看明白，但具体意思吃不准，请英文好的翻译下，谢谢！

All servers built in Data Center by default have 4 secondary ips, which are the 4
consecutive ips after the primary, netmask is 255.255.255.248.  

Please reopen the ticket if you already used the first 5 and will need
additional ones.

丹佛新上的服务器都带有4个副IP+主IP就是5个。
如果你5个IP都使用了才能再申请IP地址。
