Recently the hardware node on which your server was installed had a solid state drive failure, your server has been re-deployed and requires a reinstall. You may do this from the client portal or simply reply back with what operating system you would like installed and we can take care of it for you.
We are also issuing an SLA credit of $75.00 for the incident which should be about 2.5 months of free service. Please note account credits are applied to the next generated invoice. If you have multiple services it may be applied to another service invoice.
We are unable to provide any assistance with data recovery or file restoration, as always we suggest regular backups for all critical files and applications.
