Dear customer,

These past few days, a lot of China Telecom customers are experiencing some packet loss when trying to access our network. Rest assured, we have contacted China Telecom about this issue and they have sent us a reply regarding this issue.

Dear customer, There was occasional congestion in CT network that might cause some latency. Please be informed that the congestion cannot be solved in short time of period. Thank you. gcsc@chinatelecom.com.cn
As of now, there is no fix to this issue yet.
