Dear Valued Customer,
Our network has suffered of short network issues (5 to 10 minutes each) in the last 2 days, 9th & 10th July 2009, causing decreased performance and high packet loss due to extremely high DDOS activity against some clients. According to our upstreams, similar incidents have recently occurred to other hosting companies and a legal investigation is already in progress.
From our side, we have finished analyzing the DDOS attacks and we have taken proactive measures & routing adjustments to prevent our network from being affected. We have also fully completed the implementation of BGP communities, that we had announced in past, allowing us to perform direct filtering through our upstream providers.
