Dear Valued Customer,
Our network has suffered of 60 minutes service interruption today due to the failure of a 10GE module into our routing equipment. After full investigation and replacement of the defective module, network services have been fully restored. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience and we are taking every possible measure to avoid similar incidents.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we are aware of some high latency & packet loss issues that have occurred, for short periods, in the last few days affecting specific destinations. Our network engineers have been troubleshooting the issue and it should be resolved soon.
