At first I would like to truly thank you for a great successful year. 2009 was a great successful year for our company with records high gross income and sales. As usual we always use this opportunity to enhance our network performance and provide better service to our customers.
Because of this we recently upgraded our core router to better handle the workload and we will be upgrading the core switching environment over the next week (this maintenance will cause no network downtimes).
However, our current datacenter in Chicago is officially now at capacity with power and space. We can no longer accept any new orders except for orders replacing cancelled servers. Please from now on open a helpdesk ticket before submitting your order to confirm we have the space available for your order. With that being said we will keep on upgrading our network in Chicago to reach optimal level.
We are at this time looking for a new datacenter location to expand to. We have received very tempting offers from two datacenters, we are looking into including FDC in Denver. We are doing our best to ensure the new facility will provide the best network possible for our customers, more update on this matter as when we make our decision.
Projects list for 2010:
· New datacenter location.
· Build new datacenter network.
· Enhance layer2 switching environment in Chicago.
· Enhance our new website online ordering system.
· Enhance our edge routing in Chicago with more carriers and better BGP routing with better Firewalling mechanism.
· IPv6 web presence.
