今天网站都打不开了，连WHM也登录不上去

貌似意思是，以后还是按照当时的价格付款，不用按照H9的价格

朋友曾經在H9上買到跟我在Backy LLC同一個Cpanel主機
所以，很果斷跟他說退款吧，我真的懷疑Backy LLC會不會是H9用來拉攏低價的商務= =
