自己提交免税资料的到时候再验证还可以再提交 比较安全 免税也不麻烦 驾照+水电账单直接免税 没有需求，绑定 买不起下一位. 高配的话我就收了，低配不喜欢。

To apply VAT exemption on your account, please provide me copy of following documents:
- proof of your ID: a document where will be your name and photo (example: passport, ID, driving licence, etc.).
- proof of your address: document where will be your (or your company) name and address (example: bank statement, phone bill, gas bill, electricity bill, etc.).
Necessary conditions:
- Documents need to be in Latin script.
- Passport cannot be used as a proof of your address.
- Save your documents in png or jpg format. Other file formates will not be accepted for security reasons.
